Running Late or Need to Cancel/Reschedule? Please contact your stylist directly so they receive your message in time. Their contact information can be found at: gregga.la/our-stylists We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee, especially for color services, which are harder to fill last minute. If you’re sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. Redo Policy Not satisfied with your service?
