Cancellation Policy
For cancellation we kindly ask within to give the stylist 48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel, in order to avoid cancellation fees. *PLEASE reschedule if you’re sick, have a persistent cough or have any flu like symptoms.*
Especially for Color Services that are harder to fill up last minute.
Appointments that are no show will be subject to a Cancellation/No Show fee. We kindly ask to give the stylist 48 hours to cancel or reschedule.
Redo Policy:
If service was not to your satisfaction, please contact your stylists directly and we will be happy
to adjust what needs to be done. There is no charge if service was done within 1-2weeks.
